Life of an NSF

Thursday, April 9, 2009

After 4 months being out with an injury, here I am trying to stage my comeback.
The pain that i went through, the surgery and also rehabilitation only i know what it feels like.
Hahahahaha... Yeah, as if i really got injured. Seriously have been busy for the past 4 months.. with what else??? National service, serving my time as transport operator at SAFTI MI better known as Officer Cadets School(OCS).
After passing my driving test on my frist attempt, that was 7th January 2009. Had to go through another training/familiarsation with 2 more vehicles. The 5-tonner and OUV. 5-tonner is the really big army truck that we commonly see on the road nowdays and OUV is like an SUV and both vehicles are auto-transmisson vehicle which is relatively easy to drive. Finally passing out from driving course on the 2nd February 2009, and returning back to my unit that's where my real NS life starts.
Been so busy, that i spent most of days in the jungle, at training areas and etc... not coming back home, weekends burned has become norm to me. So, I really cherished the times when I get the chance to go back home and spend time with my family. Not only that, I haven't been meeting my bestfriends for months only until recently and that was 23rd March 2009 when my former manager had house warming. Although the meeting with them was only for a few hours, I really enjoyed myself. I hope to meet up with them again soon before going for my overseas trip. Hehehe..
Speaking of which, I'll be going for my first overseas trip in May.. Destination Brunei for a minimum of 3weeks, maximum 6weeks.. Alright, at least I know that I won't be cautious when it comes to food and I know that there's no night life over there. So yeah, I hope that it'll be a trip to remember. I'm looking forward to it. Seriously.. =)
Till then, I hope to able to update my blog on regular basis, understand understood... NS life is a really busy life. Who says it's easy being a driver? Hahahaha...

I end my turn ; {9:01 PM}
