I think I'm getting fat.
My muscles are shrinking.
My six packs are slowly turning back to flabs..
Nothing to do the past few days definitely make me a much more lazier person than ever.

Somebody out there please ask me out to the gym.
I really need it. Need to get my adernaline pumping back.
If not, how am I going to keep up with training during the next phase....
Damn I think i'm in a really bad shape now.
Anybody out there care to help me out??
